Once upon a time...
In the Spring of 2006, I had injured my ankle very badly and was limited in my ability to walk, let alone dance (as I am a dancer), and I am a very active person. To keep myself from going looney, my sister and I began piecing these hair items together. One thing led to another, and a couple of months later, we were vendors at the Virginia Renaissance Festival selling our floral barrettes and brooches.
The best part of the story that came from these little flowers - I think - is that I met my Prince Charming, Eddie, while working at the Festival. :-)
We were married the next summer on 07-07-07!
