Private and Government Consulting: Raven at the Mizzen

presently conducts private computer consulting. He consults on technical support, help desk issues, website creation and development, computer security and vulnerability assessments. Additionally, he consults on technical computing matters of every sort on Windows, Mac and Linux (SUSE, Mandriva, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc.)

 

August 2005 – June 2006

Bulldog Technical Services, Information Assurance Manager

Mr. Fuller conducted computer threat and vulnerability assessments for the U.S. Marine Corps. He also secured Marine Corps special projects networks and systems as well as other sensitive government systems and networks. He accumulated extensive experience certifying and accrediting government systems and networks. Mr. Fuller was also responsible for such diverse tasks as bringing government systems and networks within DITSCAP and DCID 6/3 compliance, authoring technical documents for government systems and networks, and conducting security tests and evaluations on government systems and networks. He tested and evaluated security tools and implemented security solutions and consulted on network security. He also wrote and edited technical certification and accreditation documents. He also consulted on the engineering of secure systems and networks of sensitive operational LANs and WANs.

 

November 2004 – August 2005

Private Security Consulting

Mr. Fuller conducted private security consulting for the accreditation of government systems per regulatory compliance with DITSCAP, DCID, and NIST guideline SP 800-53. He also consulted on the engineering of secure systems and networks of sensitive operational LANs and WANs.

 

May 2004 – September 2004

EODT, Security Specialist

Mr. Fuller conducted professional civilian and military operations in Fallujah and Baghdad, Iraq to include; Patrols, Intelligence, Convoy Security, Personnel Security Details (PSD), operating with indigenous persons, and network and PC security, as well as sensitive data protection, storage, and sanitization. Mr. Fuller performed such duties in the defense of “The Rock” Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) for the U.S. Army Corpse of Engineers.

 

2002 – 2004

NETSEC, Security Consultant

In his role at NETSEC, Mr. Fuller conducted intelligence collection, social engineering, and penetration testing of client networks and physical facilities, forensic investigation of computers and networks, and reporting on all test activities. Other responsibilities included suggesting security solutions, testing and evaluating of security tools, and consulting on network security related matters. He also conducted computer security-related research. Mr. Fuller worked on the accreditation of government systems per regulatory compliance with DITSCAP, DCID, and NIST guideline SP 800-53. Counterintelligence Special Agent, United States Army

During his eight and a half years in the Army, Mr. Fuller conducted: computer crime and espionage Investigations, computer threat and vulnerability assessments, managed security for classified LANs, personnel security investigations, investigated computer based espionage, counterintelligence threat and vulnerability assessments, counterintelligence surveys, liaison with foreign and domestic intelligence agencies, intelligence operations in abroad, interrogations, intelligence analysis, creating/processing and couriering classified information, writing classified intelligence reports, creating and maintaining classified databases, managing counterintelligence efforts, counter-espionage efforts, and all areas of security for the Army Counterintelligence Center (ACIC): computer security (top secret and secret LANs), information security, personnel security, physical security, special access programs (SAP), and managed operations and training for a military intelligence battalion.
